When you purchase a bespoke underfloor heater mat from Loheat (for frostheave prevention), which has been designed and manufactured to your drawing specification, we offer a specialist installation service (mainland UK only)

Once the freezer room site is ready for the heater mat to be installed, our engineers will go to site and carry out the installation (whether the modular or traditional type).  You will then need to fit the insulation layer and the final finished floor.

Depending on the size of the room, we may also be able to fit the controls in the same visit (or, a separate visit may be required).

Finally, once the site is complete and the mains supply has been connected, we can return to carry out a commission visit so that we can check and confirm that everything is in fully working order.

We then recommend that Loheat engineers return to site, once a year, to carry out a preventative maintenance service visit.
